I have over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, dedicating my career to empowering individuals to achieve their optimal health and well-being potential.
Since 1996, I have worked for the Health and Well-Being Services at the University of Michigan as a wellness coordinator and exercise physiologist.
In 2020, I joined the NonPharma Program with the Department of Anesthesiology at Michigan Medicine as a Movement Therapist, teaching patients how to manage their chronic pain.
I have taught mindfulness meditation, yoga, and personal training for over 25 years; presently teaching at Imagine Fitness and Yoga.
